This 41+/- Acres is located approximately 1.5 miles Northwest of Eudora, AR, with frontage along Old Highway 165. Approximately 31 acres are currently being planted in corn with the remaining 10+/- acres in hardwood timber. Approximately 15 acres are flooded each year for duck hunting, of which half is standing corn left for the ducks. The cropland has been precision leveled, and will provide an additional source of income. A new 8" submersible well is used to irrigate the cropland and flood the timber/corn for ducks. Utilities are available along the east boundary, providing easy access for a future hunting lodge or residence.
